Can you provide voice talents for my project?

Yes! We work with world-class voice talents, available at your service. You can click here to see our Voice Talent Pool.

What if I’m unsure about having you do the music production for me?

Try us RISK FREE for your first song. If you don’t like it, we’ll give you a refund for any work that you haven’t already reviewed and approved.

What if I need you to modify the file you just recorded for me?

We offer one free modification for each service you order. Additional modifications are subject to additional charges. A modification is defined as a small alteration/adjustment of the recorded preview (not a complete retake).

How will I get my files?

We encourage you to bring a drive with enough free space (at least 1 GB for small productions) so we can provide a copy of the files to you. Also, you can ask us to send the files to you by e-mail via WeTransfer (Download link expires one week after files have been uploaded).

How long do you store my files?

Beacon Hill Recording Studios stores your files for a period of one week following the completion of each project. You must download and/or store the source files within that timeframe. We will not be responsible for any damage or loss of your files after a period of one week after your session has passed.

How can I book a session at Beacon Hill Recording Studios?

You can click here to contact us and ask for available dates. We recommend scheduling at least one week before your desired date, since availability is highly reduced for reservations made within a smaller period of time. Currently, we do not accept walk-in sessions.

A 50% deposit from the total reservation is required to schedule a session. The deposit must be received at our office at least 2 business-days prior the day of your session. Otherwise, the session is considered cancelled. Studio-time reservation deposits and payments are non-refundable.

How can I cancel/reschedule my session?

Please notify us at least 2 business-days prior your session if you wish to reschedule it to another available date. Notifications made less than 2 days prior the session date are not subject to reschedule, therefore, the session is considered cancelled.

What is your refund policy?

For production services, we offer a risk-free, money-back guarantee on your first track. After placing your order, we will send you a high quality .mp3 preview of the recording. If you don’t like what you hear, you will get a full refund for any steps that you haven’t approved. Studio-time reservation deposits and payments are non-refundable.
